The Green Line is a completely elevated section of the Chicago's L, stretching from Elmhurst, IL to Ashland/63rd and Cottage Grove in Chicago, IL. Trains operate between Elmhurst and Ashland/63rd at all times every day, while trains to Cottage Grove only operate during weekday rush hours.

South of 58th, trains are split between two branches. Most trains run through to Ashland/63rd, but some weekday rush hour trips operate to Cottage Grove, making an intermediate stops at 61st and King Drive.
